Zum dritten Mal treffen sich Vertreter*innen europäischer Kommunen und Gemeinden, die sich kritisch gegenüber Freihandelsverträgen ausgesprochen haben. Nach Barcelona (2016) und Grenoble (2017) findet die Konferenz 2019 unter dem Motto "Not without Communities!" in Borgerhout-Antwerpen statt.
